Account Executive

Bang Rak, Thailand


An Account Executive is responsible for driving sales of Odoo ERP and additional technology solutions, including Cloud Services, Helpdesk Support, and Consulting. They work closely with businesses to understand their operational and IT needs, providing tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, technical understanding, and relationship management skills.

Responsibility


  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Presenting and selling Odoo ERP, cloud services, and IT solutions.
  • Conducting product demos and addressing client needs.
  • Managing contracts, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Tracking sales performance and reporting metrics.
  • Upselling and identifying additional business opportunities.
  • Prepare documentation for customer (Proposal, Document for bidding)
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of Experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, ERP, or business solutions sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in a business-focused manner.
  • Understanding of ERP and software implementation

Must have

  • ​ Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and consultative selling approach.  
  • Knowledge of business processes and ERP systems.
  • ​ Ability to travel for client meetings and events when required.  

Nice to have

  • Strong ability to collaborate with technical, support, and marketing teams to ensure successful client implementations. ​ 
  • Comprehensive understanding of Odoo’s modules, capabilities, and how it benefits various business functions
  • Highly adaptable and open to feedback, with a continuous learning mindset.
