The Customer Solution Consultant acts as the bridge between customers, the sales team, and the product/implementation team. This role requires both business acumen and technical understanding, ensuring that customer needs are translated into effective ERP/Digital solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, delivering solution demonstrations, guiding implementations, and providing post-sales support to drive customer success.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users.


Responsibility

Pre-Sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business needs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations to showcase system capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings to clarify requirements and emphasize solution value.
- Conduct workshops to address business pain points and present solution options.
- Act as a subject-matter expert during the sales cycle to build customer confidence.
Product Consulting
- Analyze customer business processes and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Provide process improvement recommendations aligned with product strengths.
- Design workflows, functional specifications, and clear business requirement documents.
- Support the implementation team to ensure solution alignment with customer goals.
- Conduct user training and onboarding to drive smooth adoption.
- Stay updated on product updates, industry best practices, and competitor offerings.


Customer Support & Success
- Serve as the first point of contact for functional inquiries post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product usage issues; coordinate with technical teams when needed.
- Capture and document client feedback for product enhancements.
- Provide refresher training and proactive guidance for better system adoption.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption metrics, and suggest continuous improvements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, MBA, business or related field

1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, ERP, or software consulting (entry-to-mid level).
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.

Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
Must have
- Basic technical skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of ERP and software implementation.

Proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), task management, and visualization tools.
